Frequently asked questions
Is this a group coaching program?
It's a hybrid. You get one-to-one coaching with a dedicated coach, a custom roadmap built on a private call and direct access for feedback. You also get weekly live workshops and a community. The one-to-one support is the core of the program, not an add-on.
Do I need to be a writer or have publishing experience?
No. Sean isn't a writer, English isn't his first language and he's never personally written any of the books he's published. The system walks you through research, production and marketing step by step, and your coach is there for the parts that are specific to your book.
What if I've tried KDP before and it didn't work?
Most people don't fail because the model doesn't work. They fail because they picked a saturated niche, published a low-quality book or had no plan for Amazon's algorithm. On your onboarding call we'll look at what you've already done, figure out what actually went wrong and build the roadmap from there.
Who are the coaches?
Every coach on the team is a six-figure publisher who is currently publishing and earning from their own KDP business. They're not teaching theory from years ago. They're working in the same market you are.
How does the one-to-one coaching work?
Your membership includes a set number of private one-to-one sessions with your coach, starting with your onboarding and roadmap call. You bring your research, books and data, and leave each session knowing your next move. If you want more one-to-one time, you can add sessions at any point.
I already have an account that's earning. Is this for me?
Yes. A good portion of our members come in with books already live. Your roadmap starts from where your account is today: what's working, what's wasting money and which lever (more books, ads, audio, TikTok Shop, a VA) takes you to the next level.
How much time will I need?
Most members work on their business a few hours a week. Because your roadmap is built around your schedule, you'll know exactly what to do with the time you have instead of spreading it across ten things.
How much will I need to invest in producing books?
That depends on your niche and how much you outsource. Your coach will build your roadmap around your actual budget so you're not overspending on your first book. Quality does cost something... ghostwriting, editing and a real cover... and we'll be upfront about that on your call.
How quickly will I see results?
Publishing takes time to build momentum. If you produce a quality book in a niche with demand and follow the process, meaningful traction within three to six months is realistic. That doesn't mean $10K a month in six months, but a few hundred to a couple thousand dollars per month from a single book in that window is what we typically see when people do the work.
